  • Double-Check Orders: Verify your order details (product, quantity, and shipping information) at checkout to avoid any mistakes.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly address the issue.

  • Eligibility: If the product arrives damaged or is defective due to a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Evidence Required: Please provide clear photos of the damaged or defective product, along with your order number, by emailing us at support@btcsilkandshine.com.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will either:

    • Provide a store credit or refund for the defective item

4. Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped. Contact our customer service immediately for cancellations.
  • After Shipping: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
